This is an outline of our trip.

Our Itinerary (Subject to minor changes)

All times are local

Sunday July 15^th:

8.15 am & 11.00 am       Commissioning Service at Church.

 Monday July 16^th:

10.00 am                             Meet at church, passport check, travel to Dulles.

5.40 pm                               Depart Dulles for Amsterdam and onwards to Newcastle

Tuesday 17^th:

8.45 am                         Arrive Newcastle, collect rental vans, drive to Seahouses with sightseeing on the way

2.30 pm – 4.00 pm          Check in to Hostel, Settle in, dinner, sleep etc

Wednesday 18^th:

All day                                   Training with David and Tara

 Thursday 19^th:

All day                                   Sightseeing

Friday 20^th:

10.00 am                             Check out of hostel, sightseeing

5.30 pm                               Arrive Hexham, training with the Junior team, set painting etc

Saturday 21^st:                    Holiday Club Set-up Day

Sunday 22^nd:                    

10.00 am                             Worship at the Bandstand to launch Holiday Club

Monday 23^rd:

8:30 am                                Hexham Holiday Club Whole team meeting with devotional time (every day)

9:00 am                                Set up venues- at least 6 different spaces across Hexham

10:00 am                             Be at the Bandstand for the start of Hexham Holiday Club

10:30 am                             Go to venues with the kids

12:30 pm                             Kids leave

1.00 pm                               Lunch back at Trinity Methodist

7.00 pm                              Nightshift

9.00 pm                               Back to host families

Tuesday 24^th:                     Same as Monday

Wednesday 25^th:             Same as Monday, Hadrian’s Wall in the afternoon

Thursday 26^th:                   Same as Monday

 Friday 27^th:                         Same as Monday, plus tear down venues etc, no Nightshift, evening show

Saturday 28^th:                   Sightseeing day—Edinburgh

Sunday 29^th:                      

10.30 am                             Worship at Trinity

Evening                                Farewells!

Monday 30^th:

Early                                      Depart Hexham

9.30 am                                Flight departs Newcastle

3.40 pm                               Arrive Dulles, transfer to Williamsburg

8.00 pm                               Arrive Williamsburg UMC
